Ratio of calcium/.vit D/vit K and Magnesium
So I want to take magnesium doing LOTS of research I have to be deficient, what suffering all o fthe symptoms, drinking coffee, drinking lots of alcohol, sweating a lot from exercise and other reasons (rice/bread etc)
SO, i began to do this
Im then told you need the right balance of calcium, so i do this too
Im then told its an open unregulated floodgate if I dont take k2
Im also int he UK so low vit D
So, do I take ALL of these or just magnesium as i originally started out wanting?
Instantly I became less tired after supplementing Magnesium so clearly I needed it but what about the others?
