need help

im h pylory positive vis rapid ureas test but endoscopy no inflamation shows no,inflamation or ulcer. my symptoms are cronic ibs, constipation,cronic sinus inflamation, constant cold,intestinal gas,acid reflux {only three times during 1year} joint pain, brainfog ,anxiety.do h pylory causing all these symptoms. whenever i use caynnen pepper in my diet and probiotic it feels good. plz help me if h pylory is the main culprit.i think i have it for years
