MCV TEST RESULT SAYS IT IS 101.1

My test result from MCV is 101.1 I have fibromylgia could this be why the test is high? My B12 is 223.

More likely the other way around

It's more likely the other way around. You probably have fibromyalgia because your MCV is high. Please read my pages on:

to understand why this might be true. Also, Fibromyalgia is not a disease, it is a SYNDROME- basically a cluster of symptoms. It does not cause problems, other problems cause Fibromyalgia. Please read my page on Fibromyalgia Syndrome.
