It can be irritating

Yes, magnesium oil can be irritating. You should rotate places that you use the oil (for instance right lower leg one time, left lower leg the next time, right upper leg the next etc) and find out how much that you can take in that area before you get irritated.

It will be different for everyone. I also prefer to use Transdermal Magnesium Gel since the magnesium is suspended in aloe vera gel which can help to decrease or eliminate any irritation...
