Vitamin D is measured in IU's
by: Kerri Knox, RN- The Immune Queen!

Hi Sana,

Vitamin D is not measured in 'drops' it's measured in IU's. Unless you can tell me how many IU's there are in each drop, there is no way that I can tell you whether it's 'enough' or not.

Liquid vitamin d comes in doses of anywhere from 100 IU's per drop to 2000 IU's per drop. So, depending upon your formulation 20 drops per day could be anywhere from 2000 IU's per day to 40,000 IU's per day.
