is there a link with vitamin D and heart twitchings

My 20 year old daughter has had what she says is heart twitching. She is an Indian classical dancer. She does vigorous dance practice (almost 1 1/2 hours 4 to 5 times a week). Since age 18 or so she has been saying this twitching. We took her to so many cardiologists who did EKG,ECG, heart halter monitor, ultrasound. They just say that she probably just has some extra beats. She claims that lately she has been feeling it more, especially when she dances. PLEASE HELP. Running out of conclusions and ideas. Should I have her checked for vitamin D deficiency? We now live in a fairly mild climate but winters it does get cold. She is a vegetarian also.

Magnesium Deficiency
by: Kerri Knox, RN- The Immune Queen!

While YES, you should get her tested for Vitamin D Deficiency, as you should also get yourself and everyone else in your family tested as well, heart palpitations are most likely due to magnesium deficiency.

Please see my page on Signs of Magnesium Deficiency. She is unlikely to have all of the signs mentioned, however, even if she ONLY has the heart palpitations, that is enough to conclude that she probably has magnesium deficiency. And her being an extremely active athlete puts her at high risk as well since athletic activities use up lots of magnesium.
