My doctor prescribed me 10,000 vitamin d3 4 one day yes and then no 4 the other day 4 the 1st month then only once per week after a month and a half i still feel so tired is this dose enough and is there any relationship between deficiency and overweight i cant loose i forgot to say i am a mother 4 two children and i am 29 years old really thanks..

I can't figure out how much you are taking

Hi Racha,

I can't figure out how much you are taking based on what you told me. In any case, please go to my page on Vitamin D Therapy page and follow the instructions. It will tell you how much you need to take.

And yes, Vitamin D Deficiency Fatigue is a real thing that you could very much be suffering from, and that adequate amounts of vitamin d might be able to remedy.
