I have a blood count of 108

by Helen
(UK)

Yesterday I went to the hospital to have checks done for a enlarged red blood cells. They said that I have been steadily increasing from 101 since 2005 up to 108 to date. They checked out the alcohol levels, liver etc and said I was ok. Slightly anaemic but no cause for concern. I've just had further tests and now thinking this could be bone cancer or something along these lines. Is this linked!?

Unlikely to be that ominous

It's unlikely to be that ominous, and your doctors are just ignorant. Please read my page on MCV Blood Test.
