Your Vitamin D Level
by: Kerri Knox, RN-The Immune Health Queen!

Hi Tracy,

Your Vitamin D level of 28 is somewhat low depending upon who you talk to. I've addressed the concept of Vitamin D Levels at length on my page Normal Vitamin D Levels and that will tell you what levels you SHOULD get your Vitamin D Level to in order to get the most benefit.

I hope that this helps.

Vitamin D level
by: dash

My vitamin D level is 64. My doctor said that I must absorb my food well and he is puzzled at me because I have such high levels of Vitamin D and my blood is at 16.

I eat well, lots of vegetables and fruit and lean meat and whole wheat home made bread. I eat no boxed foods, little frozen food, and not much canned. Cooking from scratch is all I have ever done.

I am on magnesium which seems to be one thing that I don't absorb and store well.......plus potassium which is also something I have had problems keeping in my system. By taking extra calcium and magnesium and potassium, I have brought my blood pressure down about 30 points on top and over 20 on the bottom!

I have a sulfur allergy and sulfa allergy and sulfite intolerance......level.

I get heart spasms when I get into sulfur and sulfa and swell like the dickens from all three.

We are all so different. Sharing information is a great thing, never know when a few little SHARED words will change our lives.
