Higher levels required of calcium and Magnesium

by John
(Sydney, Australia)

Hi

I have a kidney condition and am required to take 3600mg calcium and 4000 mg of magnesium every day, is there a higher dosage tablet available so that I can reduce the 14 tablets a day that I am currently on.

Thanks

High Dose Calcium and Magnesium

Hi John,

There are lots of sources on the internet for calcium and magnesium powders and liquids. You could find a combination of powders or liquids to mix together in the right dose that you need and sip on the liquids throughout the day.

My friends at Life Enthusiast.com have magnesium drops. They don't state the dosage on the bottle, but if you write customer service and ask them what the exact dosage is, they will be able to tell you.

The magnesium drops that they offer are probably the most concentrated magnesium that you will find on the market.
