Fibromyalgia and Vitamin D
by: Kerri Knox, RN-The Immune Health Queen!

While I DO believe that you will likely feel better when your Vitamin D Level is corrected, I think that you will probably have a lot more to work on in order to get better.

But lets start there. I want you to know that you really can get better. Fibromyalgia is NOT some crazy disease with no cure, it is a collection of symptoms that have multiple causes. Once you find and fix those MULTIPLE causes, then you really can get better.

I covered this in depth with another Fibro sufferer on my blog and I'll have you take a look at it there. Fibromyalgia, Disease or Syndrome.

So, read that first and you will understand better how it's likely that you have a combination of:

Adrenal Gland Fatigue

Leaky Gut Syndrome
Other vitamin and mineral deficiencies
Extreme toxicity

etc, etc.

And while most doctors won't even look for these problems, these are really NOT brain surgery to figure out and to fix.

So, if you really are motivated to get well, then you have a few options.

1) Find a doctor in your area who can help you with these tests and dietary issues. Good luck.

2) You can work with me. I do over the phone consultations and all lab testing is done using in home testing that I mail to you.

Either way, you are going to spend out of pocket money for testing as most of it is NOT going to be covered. This means that You get to be in charge of your health and not your insurance company! Maybe that shouldn't be the way that it is, but it IS the way that it is.

I also recommend that you start on a continuous journey and learn as much as you can about healing yourself (which you certainly can do without the help of anyone), and whether or not you get help from anyone else, I HIGHLY recommend that you take a look at Dr. Carolyn Dean's Future Health Now Program. Each week you will get a new module giving you Action Steps that you can take that will get you started on your journey to wellness.

You can download the first week's module for free, so you can take a look at what she has to offer at no risk!

So, you now stand at a crossroads. You now know that you CAN get well and you do not have to live with so called Fibromyalgia.

It's up to you which road you take. Let me know if I can help you to decide.
