Hello I'm wondering if I could get a false positive on a celiac blood test as a result of this Helicobacter pylori infection?

Hi April,

If you are positive on a Celiac Disease blood test then you have Celiac Disease. You might be more likely to get H pylori if you have Celiac Disease, but testing positive for a Celiac Disease test means that you have Celiac Disease and need to get off of gluten.
