An Estrogen Level Test
For Breast Cancer
Find Out Your Risk!

Did you know that there is an Estrogen Level Test for Breast Cancer Risks? Really, there is and you are able to get it WITHOUT seeing your doctor and without getting any blood drawn. The Estrogen Level Test, tests for your Risk in TWO separate ways.

This Means that
Your Breast Cancer Risk
Is Measurable...

And Modifiable!

Breast Cancer Risk TestTestimony by Kara Fitzgerald, ND

FIRST: It checks the amount of your ‘Good Estrogen’ to ‘Bad Estrogen’- it's the RATIO of the two that is the key. If your ratio is Less than 2, then you are at high breast cancer risk. If your ratio is more than two, then you are at low risk for breast cancer.

Second: It checks for your ability to 'Methylate' toxins. Methylation is a fancy way of talking about a very specific way to 'detoxify' substances. Women who have problems with methylation have been shown to be at higher risk for breast cancer.

Since BOTH these risk factors are meaurable and modifiable, I’ll bet that what you want to know is, “Why Didn’t My Doctor Tell Me About This?”

The Good Estrogen and The Bad Estrogen

Believe it or not, you have several KINDS of Estrogen in your body. And as far as breast cancer risk is concerned, they are NOT all the same. 2-hydroxyestrone is considered “The Good Estrogen” because it’s presence doesn’t seem to increase breast cancer risks.

However, there is another estrogen called 16-alpha-hydroxyestrone, and it is considered “The Bad Estrogen” because it’s presence seems to INCREASE breast cancer risks. But ALL women have BOTH types of Estrogen, there is no way to avoid it. But research has found that there is an optimal RATIO of these estrogens in women that very much affects your breast cancer risks!

The Estronex Estrogen Level Test tests this RATIO of good to bad estrogens, and in fact this test is also called a 2/16 OH Estrogen Test for the ratio of good to bad estrogens. And this ratio has been found that the optimal ratio is 2 or greater.

What if Your Ratio is Low

If your ratio on the Estrogen Level Test is less than 2, then there is good news for you! While many doctors suggest radical measures such as preventative mastectomies and other brutal measures to reduce breast cancer risk, you can reduce your risk in a MUCH easier and vastly more pleasant way. With your diet!

Broccoli can lower Bad Estrogen Levels
"Broccoli Lowers Bad Estrogen"
Research has identified VERY specific compounds in foods that can reduce breast cancer risks.

Foods like:

  • Broccoli and other “cruciferous” vegetables
  • Flax Seeds
  • Soy
  • Omega 3 Fatty Acids

Food-derived supplements like:

  • Diindolylmethane (DIM)
  • Indole-3-Carbinol(I-3-C)

and a few others contain substances that can reduce your “Bad Estrogen” ratio and decrease your breast cancer risks. You could simply eat these foods on a regular basis and that, along with exercise and keeping your weight under control, might be enough for many women.

But if you have a family history of breast cancer, are otherwise at high risk or simply ‘Want to Know’ exactly what your breast cancer risk is and be able to see over time how what you are doing is modifying those risks, then you may want to consider getting an Estronex Estrogen Level Test.

There are some women who even choose to do an Estronex Estrogen Level Test every year as part of their overall health checkup, simply to be forewarned if their risk changes, and to keep them motivated and on track in order to keep their risk low.
