Eating Gluten Free in Restaurants

by Michelle

Is it possible to eat gluten free in restaurants without having any cross-contamination? For example, if I order fish and vegetables, will that be 100% gluten free, or could it have come in contact with gluten?

Thank you,
Michelle

This is a basic question..

Hi Michelle,

This is an extremely basic question about eating gluten free that shows me that you need MUCH more help learning about eating gluten free and are going to make a bunch of mistakes if you don't get more in-depth information before you begin trying a gluten free diet.

I highly suggest that you get the Real Food Summit to get you on the path to eating the RIGHT way for good heaalth. End the confusion about what to eat today! It will help you to get more in depth learning about a gluten free diet before you make a bunch of mistakes in trying to be gluten free..

You can't just 'guess' or use common sense when you go gluten free. You need to be VERY sure what you are doing in case you are extremely sensitive. If you are not sure of what you are doing but 'believe' that you are gluten free, you could end up deciding that a gluten free diet is not helping you and start eating gluten again, when in fact it's VERY possible that you are EXTREMELY sensitive to gluten and are just not seeing results because you aren't actually gluten free at all!

Get the Essential Gluten Free Guide and make sure that you know exactly what you are doing...
