I don't know if you 'should' take any at all..

Hi Joe,

I can't help you with answering the question of whether or not you 'should' take any magnesium or fish oil at all- all that I can do is point you in the direction of the information that I have found. Anything that you decide to take is a personal decision between you and your health care provider, if you decide to discuss it with them.

But, if you DO decide that taking magnesium and/or fish oil is a good choice, then I recommend that you take a look at my page on getting the right Magnesium Dosage page.

I also don't recommend that you 'just' take magnesium and fish oil or you'll be getting yourself into trouble. Nutrients are NOT drugs and they require other nutrients to work appropriately. When you take a high dose of single nutrients, the chances are high of you having problems and side effects because you are inadvertently creating further imbalances.

In order to make it easy, you can get lots of super high quality magnesium and 3 grams of Omega 3 Fatty Acids in the Jigsaw Health Blaylock Bundle designed by a well known doctor who is a HUGE proponent of alternative medicine.

Please don't make the mistake of taking a bunch of single nutrients and not changing your diet or lifestyle. If you want to get better, you have to make this a lifestyle and change diet and exercise as well. Otherwise, it's unlikely that even the Blaylock Bundle will help you much.
