It's not 'Spiking'...

Sean,

More About Vitamin D

You really ARE going to get health problems if you continue to worry about your health problems all of the time. If you continue to get tested for problems, I'm going to bet that they will find some.

If you have not read the Law of Attraction, then I suggest that you do so, because looking for health problems, you are going to get them- I guarantee it.

Your 1,25(OH)D is NOT "Spiking". It was within the normal range 2 months ago and it is within the normal range now. Doctors and researchers don't DO 1,25(OH)D levels consistently on the same person over and over so it's not likely to be known what seasonal variations and daily variations there could be in normal levels.

For instance, body temperature is usually quite low in the morning and gets to it's highest level around 3 to 5 PM. If you were to take your temperature in the afternoon and again the next morning, it would be likely to be one to three degrees lower. If you didn't know about human physiology at all- you might come to the conclusion that you were going to freeze to death in another week if your temperature continued to drop 2 degrees every 16 hours!

But human physiology is not linear. Both of your levels were still within the normal range. Schedule another 1,25(OH)D for 2 to 3 months and THEN worry about it if it is out of the normal range. But right now it's NOT, so please stop worrying or you'll need to start worrying about your elevated blood pressure too!!!

Totally believe in the law of attraction...the catch 22 with that is that when I am in the pain-body part I beat myelf up for attracting the negative...so when I am a good space that is when I mend the roof and do my most positive work...it has just been a tough 6 months physically/emotionally so I am in a fear based place right now. But I know that will change

Thanks again for the help

Sean
