CO Q10 Dosages

by Louis
(North Brunswick, NJ)

I currently take 100mg of CO Q10 Ubiquinol three times daily along with the Beta Blockers & Ace Inhibitors prescribed by my doctor.

It has been about a year now and my EF rate went from 15% to 35%, I'm just not sure about the right dosage for me. Most of what I read seems to indicate higher dosages are not a problem for the body, there are very little side effects.

Are there testimonials out there supporting a higher dosage than 300mg per day?

Thanks,

Lou Vernaci

Hi Lou,

I pretty much answer these questions on my CoQ10 for Heart Failure page.

You should also read my page on Congestive Heart Failure and Vitamin D as well. I would guess that page would be extremely important in your case.
