ANSWER:

Anything can be toxic at high enough doses. Including water, sunshine and oxygen!! So, yes- d2 can be toxic.

But yes, you can also Overdose on Vitamin D2 just as you can on Vitamin D3. Only it likely takes less D2 to cause toxic effects than D3.
