B12 low?

by Tim
(Ottawa)

I'm hoping you can help me out. I have recently had some health issues over the last two years such as nauseau, dizziness as well as chronic headaches, hand tremors and facial skin issues I never had before. More recently depression. During that time my doctor tested my b12 levels and it came back at 370 pmol/L (Canada).

The doctor says this is normal but from what I read this would be considered low normal. The thing is I am very fitness minded and my diet has high food content for b12 such as eggs and chicken. I also take a mutli vitamin that has aprox 110mcg of B12. Is it possible that I am right in being concerned that my b12 is low considering my diet ect?
Would really appreciate your feedback
